Who We Are
The School of Environmental Studies Education Foundation (SESEF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community foundation dedicated to supporting the excellent education of students in the School of Environmental Studies. The school is part of Independent School District 196 and is located in Apple Valley, Minnesota. The foundation, established in 1999, encourages high academic standards, experiential learning, and excellence in teaching by providing scholarships and grants for new and innovative projects that, due to budget limitations, the school is unable to fund. The foundation board is composed of volunteer parents, faculty and citizens interested in the success of the School of Environmental Studies and its students.
