The School of Environmental Studies Education Foundation (SESEF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community foundation dedicated to supporting the excellent education of students in the School of Environmental Studies. The school is part of Independent School District 196 and is located in Apple Valley, Minnesota. The foundation board is composed of volunteer parents, faculty and citizens interested in the success of the School of Environmental Studies and its students.
The School of Environmental Studies Education Foundation acquires contributions and manages distributions, through grants and scholarships, that promote the mission of The School of Environmental Studies. The mission of the School of Environmental Studies is to develop active citizen leaders who are environmentally informed, self-perpetuating learners, and connected to the local and global community.
