Are you ready to apply to attend SES? If so, the process is simple.

1. Click here to download the application form.
2. Print the application form.
3. Fill out the application form. Don’t fret—you only need to fill out some personal information, answer a few questions, and get the permission of your parent/guardian.
4. Return the completed form to the guidance office secretary at your home (current) high school.

Note: Applications for the 2012-2013 school year must be submitted on or before December 19, 2011.
